Tour Plan
Day 01:Â Bagdogra/NJP to Gangtok 125 kms 4 hours approx.
Assistance at the airport/railway station on arrival and drive
to Gangtok.
GANGTOK:
At an altitude of 1750m, Gangtok became the state capital in the mid 19th century
and has undergone rapid development since then. The downtown area is dominated
by huge government buildings decorated with traditional Buddhist symbols.
Gangtok is also a resting ground for people traveling to North Sikkim. Surrounded
by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a travelers delight. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Excursion to Changu Lake & Baba Mandir
After breakfast start for an excursion to Changu Lake (12,312 ft.) & Baba Mandir
(13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms from Gangtok city each way (Starts 7:30 AM – 3:30
PM). On the way visit Hanuman Tok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
(In case of Landslide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided
alternate sightseeing.)
Optional tour to Nathula Pass (Alt 14000 Ft.) on China Border can also be arranged
(Except Mon, Tue) for Indian Nationals only at an additional cost & documents
required prior to departure for Nathula pass.
Day 03: Gangtok – LachungÂ
Breakfast at the hotel in Gangtok and drive to Lachungenroute visiting villages and
waterfalls, Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Lachung – Yumthang - Lachung
Breakfast at the hotel and excursion to Yumthang Valley & back. - The valley of
flowers. Flora, Fauna, Rhododendrons and Primulas and found in abundance.
Yumthang is the summer grazing grounds of the Yaks. On the way back visit the
Sulphur Hot Spring, considered to have medicinal properties.Overnight stay in
hotel.
Day 05: Lachung – Gangtok
After breakfast transfer to Gangtok. Overnight at Gangtok.
Day 06: GangtokToPelling
After breakfast transfer to Pelling, One can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range
from Pelling .On arrival Check in into the hotel, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06: GangtokToPelling
After breakfast transfer to Pelling, One can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range
from Pelling .On arrival Check in into the hotel, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 07: In PellingÂ
Go for a full day sightseeing tour covering in first half , Rimbi Water Falls, Rimbi Rock
Garden,  Kanchendzonga waterfalls, Khecheopalri wishing Lake, Second half cover the
Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins (2nd capital of Sikkim), Tokajuk viewpoint,
Helipad ground. After visit return to hotel, overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08: PellingTo Darjeeling
After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling, It is one of the most magnificent hill resorts in the
world. Rest of the day free for own activities, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 09: In DarjeelingÂ
Early Morning at 0400 AM visit Tiger Hill ,famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga,on
way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel. After breakfast proceed
for visit 7 points ,covering The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & PNZ Zoological Park (
both closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Self help Refuge Centre (closed on
Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda & Ropeway (not
operational only view point) . Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10: Darjeeling - Kalimpong                               Â
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Kalimpon
KALIMPONG
At an altitude of 1250m, Kalimpong’s location is ideal for a
pleasant, relaxed getaway. Its clement weather has made
Kalimpong’s orchids and gladiole well renowned. Up to the early
1700s, the Kalimpong area was part of the Sikkim raja’s domain.
In the early 18th century, the Bhutan king also took it over. In
1865, after the Anglo-Bhutan War , it was annexed to
Darjeeling. Scottish Missionaries came here in the late 1800s.
The town thrived as a wool trading center with Tibet till 1950s.
Today it’s a quiet hill resort and a haven for retired people.
Afternoon proceed for city tour visiting Zang Dog PalriFoBrang
Monastery, TharpaCholing Monastery, ThongsaGumpa and flower
nurseries.Overnight at hotel.
Day 11: Kalimpong – Bagdogra/NJP 80 kms 3 hours approx.
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Bagdogra/NJP in time for
flight/train to onward destination.

- 100% payment to be made at least 15-10 days before departure
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 35 Days or more prior to Departure -15% of the Tour Cost
- 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure – 30% of the Tour Cost
- 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure – 50% of the Tour Costs
- 08 Days and beyond – 100% of the Tour Cost
