Upon your arrival at the Langkawi International airport, a tour representative will meet you
and arrange a transfer to your hotel of stay. After completing your check-in formalities, you
may rest for some time and freshen up yourself. Spend the rest of the day exploring
Langkawi at leisure. Later as you are done with the excursion, come back to the hotel for an
overnight stay.

Wake up to a scrumptious meal at the hotel, post which you would be heading towards some
of the charming attractions of this islet. Today, you will be visiting many places some of
which are natural attractions while some are of historical importance. The tour takes you to
Batik and Art Village, Dataran Lang, or Eagle’s Square. Moving forward, enjoy driving past
the famous beach of Cenang passing by the only underwater world in the north of Malaysia.
The half-day island tour ends at Kuah Town. Post this, get-going for mangrove cave
exploration. The mangrove forest is situated on the north-eastern coast of Langkawi. You
will be taken across the forest on a boat through several channels that are lined with
mangrove trees. Then, move past a cave and a larger bay where you can witness many large

in a cooler climate compared to the hot and humid environment in the city.
 After that, visit the Wat Chayamangkalaram Temple where the 4th longest Reclining
Buddha Statue is found. Right across the road you may also visit the Dhammikarama
Burmese Temple which holds the Buddha statue standing at 8.2 meters, making it the
tallest in Malaysia. The existence of these two temples is due to the early settlement of
the Thai and Burmese community in the early 1800s.
 After that, take a scenic drive through the streets of George Town. Places of Interest:
Esplanade/Fort Cornwallis, Little India, Streets of Racial Harmony, Chew Jetty, etc.
Georgetown bears testimony to a living multi-cultural heritage and tradition of Asia
where the many religions and cultures met and coexisted. They reflect the coming
together of cultural elements from the Malay Archipelago, India and China with those
of Europe, to create a unique architecture, culture and townscape.
