Documents required for Kenya Visa application

• Original passport and old passports, if any
• Scanned colour copy of the first page, last page, cover page and observation page (if any) of your passport
• The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages
• Confirmed return air tickets
• Hotel confirmation details mentioning the name and number of the hotel (details as per air tickets)
• The visa application form is duly filled out and signed by the applicant
• 2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish without specs and sunglasses (size 35 mm x 45 mm)
• Confirmation of hotel booking
• Covering letter mentioning applicant name, mobile number and email ID, passport No, travel dates, details of persons travelling together, employment details of the applicant
• Travel history of last 3 months
• Travel history of Kenya
• Details of port of entry into Kenya (Jomo Kenyatta Airport Nairobi or Wilson Airport Nairobi)
• Contact details of applicants Parents, both father and mother & Spouse
• Original bank statements reflecting transactions of the last 6 months with a minimum balance of Rs 60,000 per person, duly attested and signed by a bank official

• Scanned copy of Invitation letter
• E-mail Id and Phone no of the Invitee in Kenya
