Documents for Cambodia Visa Application

• Scanned colour copy of the first and last page of your passport
• The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages
• Confirmed return air tickets
• Two visa application forms duly filled and signed by the applicant
• Recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish without specs and sunglasses (size 35 mm x 45 mm and 80% face close-up)
• Covering letter mentioning the details of travel, details of the traveller with contact number, expense ownership details, purpose and duration of stay
• Confirmation of hotel booking with contact details and address of the hotel
• Mandatory travel insurance
• Scanned copy of your Covid-19 certificate with both doses

Note: Visa will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
