Documents required for Bahrain Visa application

• Original passport and old passports, if any
• Scanned colour copy of the first and the last page of your passport
• The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages
• Two copies of the first and last page of your passport
• Confirmed return air tickets
• Hotel confirmation details mentioning the name and number of the hotel (details as per air tickets)
• The visa application form is duly filled out and signed by the applicant
• 2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish without specs and sunglasses (size 35 mm x 45 mm)
• Aadhar card / Pan card
• Hotel confirmation details
• Covering letter on letterhead mentioning the purpose of visit in editable word format.
• Original bank statements for the last 6 months reflecting a minimum balance of Rs 90,000

• CPR Readers card of the host
• Invitation letter and contact number of host
• Passport copy of the host
